Brand new Assurant Technologies 1TB 2230 M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0×4 SSD drive. 

Model number AT4020.  M.2 screw and small screw driver included. **Additional free 2230 to 2280 size adapter included which may help you reuse your old SSD.
To optimize thermal transfer, the info label is placed on the bare PCB side while the NAND chip side has a low profile heatsink comprising of graphene and aluminum layers with a thermally conductivity vanity sticker on top. For compact devices, this heatsink can be easily peeled off to fit low profile M.2 slots.
